This executive will direct all construction activities while leading a team of project managers and supporting staff in purchasing and warranty administration. The role requires deep experience in residential single-family homebuilding. Candidates’ prior roles also should demonstrate substantial management responsibilities, including oversight of employees. Additionally, this leader will need to communicate exceptionally well with all stakeholders in the homebuilding process, from customers and vendors to the company’s top leadership.
