Looking for an opportunity to build your leadership credentials within a company known for its positive culture and decades of success building homes in markets across the country? A position has opened for an ambitious person to become a project manager following an intensive development program helping to oversee the operation of an expanding division in San Antonio. In addition to the advancement potential inherent in this role, the company also stands apart for its profit sharing, bonus potential and generous retirement benefits.
A new hire with prior people-management experience in homebuilding will undertake a training and mentoring program to bring him or her up to speed on the sales, construction and technical processes that have helped this builder grow into one of the country’s largest. For example, this could include positions in project or sales management, with demonstrated knowledge of construction, sales and operations. Previous positions should also show experience with budgeting and relevant legal documents. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Above all, this organization values integrity and looks for outgoing professionals who are entrepreneurial, yet also humble and eager to learn.
