Growing CRE Firm Hiring Regional Director, Property Managers in Texas and Midwestern Markets

A fast-growing company that specializes in medical offices is adding to its leadership in three states. This international investment firm has added more than $20 billion in assets to its portfolio in the last five years and needs the right people to oversee its properties and continue that success. In return, team members enjoy competitive compensation, performance bonuses and a work culture committed to employee development.

Regional Director

A new regional director in Dallas will ensure the efficient operation, NOI growth and tenant satisfaction at multiple properties. His or her leadership will create strong relationships with medical officials and develop the property management staff. The regional director will help form and oversee properties’ budgets, operations plans, risk management programs and capital projects while reducing expenses and maximizing cash flow. Crafting the broader strategy for the region will encompass budget forecasts and long-range business planning. This person will also assist in the due diligence and on-boarding of new properties.

Property Managers

Opportunities have also opened for property managers in St. Louis, Chicago and Texas. These professionals will provide an elite level of service to tenants while managing the staff and operations of assigned assets. They will be responsible for expense management, risk management, CAM budgets, contracting, rent collection and a wide range of other duties critical to the successful operation of their properties. Their leadership will also contribute to capital planning and new asset onboarding.

Both roles at the company require strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, along with knowledge of the financial and legal documents relevant to property management. The company prefers candidates with a bachelor’s degree and a real estate license or CPM, CFM or RPA designation. At least seven years of relevant medical office building experience is required for the regional director position, and at least four years of experience is required for property managers.
