Reporting to the area president, this executive will lead all aspects of division operations. He or she will meet financial targets through careful budgeting, market assessment, product development and business planning. This will include the coordination of land acquisition to ensure resources are consistently available for future growth. Oversight will also encompass the long-term personnel needs of the division.
With a range of additional responsibilities, regular financial reporting to top management and responsibility for meeting performance standards, this job calls for a driven, experienced manager. The company seeks candidates with a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years in high-production homebuilding and a minimum of seven years in management. Additionally, the new division president will be an excellent communicator who’s demonstrated his or her ability to inspire, develop and motivate a team.
