A market leader in Houston residential real estate has announced an opening for an on-site new-construction sales professional. This is a fast-growing company that’s overseen sales across nearly a quarter of Houston’s market for new construction, representing some of the city’s most notable properties and neighborhoods built in a diverse range of styles.

To help continue its growth, the successful candidate will qualify prospects, demonstrate features, overcome objections and sell builders’ communities and homes through the day of closing. This will require up-to-date product knowledge and evaluation of the competition. The new hire will coordinate operation of the sales center and open houses at assigned communities, as well as sales collateral and MLS listings. He or she will also reach out to agents, purchasers and brokers while working in concert with builders to meet their needs.

Candidates should bring at least three years of new home sales experience. This company emphasizes superior customer service, motivation, organization, strong professional relationships, adept communication skills and a willingness to learn on a continuous basis. A real estate license is required, and experience with Lasso is a plus.
