About Us
A Specialized Executive Search Firm for Real Estate, Construction & Architecture
At Christopher Frederick Search Partners, we’ve spent decades focused exclusively on real estate, construction and architecture. That experience has given us a deep understanding of the industries we serve, the leaders who shape them and the talent required to move organizations forward.
What sets us apart is how we combine that industry knowledge with technology, proprietary research and an extensive network of professionals. Our approach allows us to identify and reach talent with greater precision while maintaining the personal connection that has always been central to our work.
Our approach is straightforward: understand the opportunity, define the leadership profile and conduct a search built specifically around the client’s needs. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recruiting. Every search is different, and our process is designed to uncover the professionals who are the right fit for each organization.
What our clients have come to expect:
- Exceptional talent, identified and placed with precision
- Leadership searches from mid-management through C-level
- Efficient execution without compromising quality or personal service
- Relationships built to last, not simply transactions
6-month guarantee

Our Six-Month Guarantee
Our commitment doesn’t end when a placement is made. We stand behind our work with a six-month guarantee on every placement, and 99% of our placements remain beyond that guarantee. We believe that retention rate sets the gold standard in executive search and reflects the confidence we have in both the people we recommend and the process we use to identify them.
Technology continues to transform the search industry, but some things haven’t changed. Relationships still matter. Experience still matters. And understanding the difference between a qualified candidate and the right leader still matters most. It’s that combination of technology, industry expertise and personal connection that has kept clients and candidates returning to Christopher Frederick Search Partners for decades, and it remains at the heart of how we approach every search.
